The Olympia is a fully waterproof shell, not a water-resistant one: Stormtech's H2Xtreme 5000/5000 rated ripstop face with critically sealed seams and a PFC-free repellent finish that keeps working long after a coating-based treatment would wear off. An adjustable, attached hood and drawcord hem seal out wind and rain, articulated sleeves keep the fit from riding up when reaching overhead, and the zippered chest and hand pockets plus an internal storm flap round out a jacket built for someone standing outside in weather, not just walking between a car and a building.
