The Avalante pairs Stormtech's Pure Earth recycled poly-blend fleece with an ultra-soft sweater knit face and a brushed interior, so it reads more like a sweater than a technical layer. Details carry the performance side: a brushed tricot lined collar, cuffs and hem for a soft-touch finish, a zippered sleeve pocket for keys or a phone, raglan sleeves for a full range of motion, and flatlock seams that won't chafe under a bag strap. The extended 1/4 zip runs higher than a standard quarter-zip, with a low-profile chin saver so the zipper pull doesn't dig in when it's fully closed.
