This version adds a built-in tool to the standard laminated-foam can cooler: a plastic bottle/can opener on a bead chain, held by an elastic strap on the cooler itself so it doesn't get separated and lost (it's not permanently attached, so it can also be used on its own). Still folds flat for pocket or purse storage.
