Flip 'N Chill earns its name from a fold-flat design that collapses for storage between cookouts and pops back into an 8½-inch-gusset, 24-can cooler when it's needed. The 600D rPET and PU shell, made in part from reclaimed plastic bottles, wraps a 4mm PE foam and 12C silver lining that keeps the insulation performance of a much bulkier cooler, and a double-zippered main compartment plus front slip pocket keep drinks separate from ice packs and extras. Web carrying handles and a hook-and-loop top flap round it out for one-handed access at a tailgate or picnic. Spot clean and air dry, then fold it flat until the next event.
