Alison uses the same 12 oz. cotton canvas body as several totes in this range, but swaps the usual cotton webbing for 18" leatherette handles, shorter, structured, and finished to look more like a boutique shopping bag than a utility tote. That shorter handle length favors hand or crook-of-arm carry over a full shoulder sling.
